Serbia Zijin Copper EMO Branch

The Electromechanical Maintenance Branch (EMO) is the youngest branch in the Company. It was established in August, 2020,  and consists of five units: Technical Preparation, Factory for electromechanical servicing of equipment, Factory for electromechanical assembly, Factory for mechanical finishing, fabrication and servicing of assemblies and the Administration. The branch has around a hundred employees. The employees in the electromechanical maintenance are in charge of installing of standard equipment in all production units of the Company, processing of non-standard parts, finishing and assembly. The goal of establishing the EMO branch is the minimum engagement of “third parties” in the Company, i.e., reducing the costs for their services. Also, the task of the EMO Branch is to increase the rate of time utilization of equipment through proper and preventive maintenance.
